*yawn* greetings fellow readers… so it’s officially exam week for the UBD students huh? this is my chance to rub it in….. it’s gonna be a looong 2-3 weeks~~….hahaha.. despite being bored with nothing to do, I suddenly remember why I couldn’t stop looking forward to graduating~…..hahaha.. but it’s ok, believe me when I say this…enjoy every minute of your student life coz it’s probably one of the highlights of your life… anyways, all the best to friends and family who will be undergoing exams…. YOU CAN DO IT!~
The Fountain
The Fountain (out on November 22, 2006) is an odyssey about one man’s thousand-year struggle to save the woman he loves. His epic journey begins in 16th century Spain, where conquistador Tomas (Hugh Jackman) commences his search for the Tree of Life, the legendary entity believed to grant eternal life to those who drink of its sap. As a modern-day scientist Tommy Creo, he desperately struggles to find a cure for the cancer that is killing his beloved wife Isabel (Rachel Weisz). Traveling through deep space as a 26th century astronaut, Tom begins to grasp the mysteries of life that have consumed him for more than a century…This is one of the few movies which got me in awe after watching the trailer…I have been waiting for this movie since it was announced last year and it’s finally here….movie reviewers and the press that were fortunate enough to watch an advance screening have all given excellent reviews while there were even those who went far by saying that it is “the best film of 2006″…
